SMS Consent
How FieldQuote collects your consent to send text messages
FieldQuote is the registered brand name that sends the text messages described on this page. Homeowners opt in verbally and in person: when a technician from a shop using FieldQuote visits your home to give a quote, you provide your mobile number and agree to receive the quote by text.
What the technician reads to you
Before I send this over, a quick heads up about the texts. I will send your quote to this number by text, plus a confirmation when you approve and a receipt when you pay. Usually 2 to 4 texts per quote. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Our terms are at tryfieldquote.com/terms and our privacy policy at tryfieldquote.com/privacy. Is it okay if I send the quote to this number, yes or no?
How consent is recorded
After you say yes, the technician ticks a required SMS consent checkbox in the FieldQuote app. The app will not send the quote until the box is ticked. The checkbox reads: the homeowner said yes to getting quote texts at this number (the quote, an approval confirmation, and a payment receipt, usually 2 to 4 texts per quote). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
What you will receive
The quote itself, an approval confirmation when you approve, and a payment link. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.
